FAQ
Home Cleaning questions
What does a FixyFix home cleaning cover?
Your cleaner takes care of your bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. When you book, you tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have and add any extras, such as inside the fridge, oven or cabinets, interior windows, or a load of laundry.
Can I set up a recurring cleaning?
Yes. Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly when you book and you save with a recurring discount. We charge your default card automatically each cycle, so the service carries on without you having to rebook.
Can I book a cleaner for as soon as possible?
Yes. Choose ASAP and your job goes out to nearby available fixers. The first one to accept is yours, and you are notified as soon as they do. If you would rather plan ahead, choose Scheduled and pick a date and time.
Can my cleaner use my own cleaning products?
Yes. When you book, let us know you will be using your own products.
Who will clean my home?
A background-checked FixyFix professional in your area. We match you with a verified fixer and let you know as soon as one accepts your booking.
